2. Looks interesting – I had to google Chayote never heard of it.

   I had Tuna steak, Samphire and stock-cooked Rice a bit before the chat, then toddled off to bed zonked out after it 😉

   1. chayote…although we call it another name… is really nice. Best if a young one, too old and the rind gets woody but it is a lovely squash that’s a bit firm and tastes a bit like courgette / zucchini.
