Well all I can say I am hoping you are feeling better. The food looks good, but with my health issues I can’t eat like that anymore. My son is now making some sweet potatoes frozen french fries in our microwave/convection oven, which I simply love. This is our second one and though I feel they are over priced, I just love them and use it all the time. We very seldom end up using our actual oven for baking or heating up frozen items. You can really speed up some cooking with it because you can defrost food while at the same time bake it.
