    Oh yummy…Rhys, it looks like such comfort food! Tonight we ate a homemade dinner from a friend. He cooked eggplant parmesan and when I opened the box, found 5 large, herbed meatballs too. Lots of subtle spices in both the eggplant layers and the separate meatballs.

    I like Spaghetti Squash, was curious enough to grow it last year.
    Only then had loads and no-one else was bothered by it so sticking to Courgettes this year.
