DB5K… Before the break. Before JYJ… Before HoMin…there was Dong Bang Shin Ki.

These boys are a bromance. They’ve been friends since they were very young… pre-teens… and have gone on to form one of South Korea’s biggest bands, Big Bang. I have a lot of love for their music and for their crazy.

I’ve been listening to this group…and a few others…while writing Whiskey and Wry. If you’ve not heard them, take a listen. These are acoustic sets of their songs but it’s pretty close to the actual “album” version, which are slightly richer.

Still. Love this band.

I adore Dave. Seriously, he hits a lot of my buttons. *nods* Not ashamed to say it. Boy is gorgeous and funky and a bit intense.

And did I mention Gorgeous? You can tell he’s been through a lot and still… damned strong.

Okay not that I’m claiming him as Mine. That’s the song/album title but dude, if you want to get me a Jaejoong for my birthday or something, I wouldn’t say no.

I rather like this. It’s a departure from the group stuff he’s done. Very much sounding like JRock in a lot of places and of course, the whole Gothic imagery echoes are done very manga/manhwa style. Plus…shirtless Kim Jaejoong is always nice.

Album isn’t out yet but here’s the first single off of it. Some of you have heard it. Keep the flailing down a bit 😀
