Just read your post on The Novel Approach. Great info. Really looking forward to Absinthe of Malice. Feel in love with Miki in book one and all the other guys as they came. Have read that series 5 times.

I’m so excited for Absinthe of Malice! The cover is beautiful, and the story promises to be complex and emotional and excellent, just like all the previous ones. I always love your characters, because they have lots of dimension; they’re real people, with good points and bad points and real joys and fears.

I would definitely go see Crossroads Gin play, if only it were possible!

So I’m totally pumped about Absinthe of Malice, but can we also talk about the awesomeness that is the title for Kai’s second book?! I kind of squealed. I loved the the title for Black Dog Blues, and Mad Lizard Mambo makes me sqee. I have no idea why, but they kind of stick in my brain like song lyrics. So yay!! And also, thank you for such a thorough update. It’s deliciously torturous to see this far ahead into your release schedule. Wish I could make it to some of your events; stop by and see us in Chi-town some time 🙂

    1. I will be in Chicago on June 4th. Aren’t you on Facebook? Did you see the event planning? Let me know and I’ll ping you.

You are so busy! Do you have enough coffee? Yeah for a new Kai book. Will we hear more from Mal and Kismet?

Should we send whiskey? I worked somewhere that allowed employees to donate vacay time to people having a family crisis. Too bad we can’t kick in time for you!

  5. Really wonderful post. I like the knowing what you are doing and when to expect things. Of course the best part is the Unexpected… we all love that.

I’m looking forward to most all of your projects and the cover is really a change from the others in a wonderful way. I can’t wait to read and listen to Absinthe of Malice. That being said, I’m not looking forward tot he end of that series either.

It’s really exciting to hear of the books in the other series coming. I just finished listening to Fish Stick Fridays and Murder and Mayhem and seeing them continue is exciting.

I hope you enjoy writing them as much as we enjoy reading them.

    Peace!

I loved Sinner’s Gin and still have to get the rest of the books in the series. And get them I will 🙂

I like the cover. . .very edgy. Can’t wait. Whenever I’m in kind of a blah mood, I start reading one of the Sinner’s books–sometimes will just start mid-book–just need a pick-me-up. Right now, I’m almost (again) at the end of Tequila Mockingbird, so will move on to Sloe Ride. I’m sorta mid point in Sinner’s Gin. They make me happy 🙂
