My Mom loves fried rice with eggs scrambled in. Me, not so much, but I love eggs over easy. Your pineapple rice sounds Hawaiian. 😉

I love most rice dishes except for egg based fried rice(s). Pork and ham fried rice are my favourite and ironically enough (since I’ve mentioned I’m not a fan) spam, is pretty good chopped up for this!
