Okay, for you Rhys, I’m willing to try the things with tentacles. But I won’t promise I’ll like them! I adore shrimp and lobster, so what’s the dif?
It really is like shrimp texture and taste.
So the octopi are chewy, right? it creeps me out to think about eating something with suckers. Maybe I’ll let you talk me into it in Chicago. 😉
Nah, these aren’t chewy. They really are more shrimp in texture. Octopus can be chewy if not prepared properly. There’s a trick to octopus and not a lot of people have that skill 😀
