You are always showing us new things. What are bucatini? I’ve never seen that kind of noodle. The meal looks and sounds really tasty — another hit!
Bucatini is a hollow spaghetti. Very tasty, especially when made with a good durum flour. Use for buttery or thin sauce. It works for this one because of the amount of veggies.
