    Attractive presentation and tasty looking dinner…strange combination of meat. I just cooked country style pork ribs in Vindaloo sauce, very hot and tender. An experiment that went well.

  2. The combination was a chance thing. I wanted lamb and my sister had steak. I actually saved out half of the meat. The sprouts however were all eaten.
