Beef and baby bok choy stir fry, rice and sweet/sour daikon pickles.
The beef is leftover from a roast beef we had last night. The roast was an experiment using the Perfect Prime Rib recipe my mom got from that lady who got it from her friend back in the 70s. How’s that for convoluted.
The baby bok choy was on special at 99 Ranch. Lovely place. I highly recommend stopping by for a look-see if ever you’re in San Diego. The daikon was picked up there as well. It’s a very easy thing to make. I’m just lazy. :::Grins:::
