Hubby and I had been on the organ donors list for over 21 years when he died. I don’t know if this is SOP, but because he was over 60 they only harvested his corneas. He’d be pleased he shared the gift of sight. I’m still on the organ donors list and one day I hope to make a difference with my spare parts.
Yeah I think that’s SOP but they can do so much 😀
