   1. Ah…um…recipe. I never cook with a recipe. It’s kind of hey I’ve got this.

      The chicken is beaten thin, seasoned then rolled in panko….fried.

      Curry sauce is… curry made with stock, thickened with corn starch and veggies added.

      Then there’s rice 😀

2. I’ll take mine without peas and carrots please substitute with broccoli and/or zucchini, be there as soon as I can catch a plane 😉

   1. Normally it’s a curry stew but I was doing this on the fly. 😀 Any veggies can go in. Come on over.
