    How strange, your dish looks like chicken. I shall have to look up Portugese sausage meat. We have been eating deer meat here lately. Chili and stew.

    1. Heh. It’s pork. The “marinate” is strong paprika, garlic, chili peppers, more garlic, salt. Normally, the meat would be put through the grinder and then cased in intestine then smoked for hours but… heh, I don’t have a huge smoker and it’s damned cold. Stove top browning is good enough.
